Urvashi Guha, a seasoned expert in Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), has an impressive career spanning over two and a half decades. Her contributions encompass diverse areas such as child rights, gender equality, reproductive health, adolescence issues, and gender campaigns. She has led iconic campaigns addressing critical issues like Polio, Census, RTE, H1N1, child marriage, menstrual hygiene, diarrhea, TB and HIV, RMNCH+A, and contraception, among others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Urvashi serves as a visiting faculty at MICA and SIMC, in India and has authored a book. She is also a co-founder of the impactful initiative STORYTELLERS. As a passionate advocate for nature, she is deeply involved in fostering positive change. A loving mother to two young girls who are shaping into responsible global citizens, Furthermore, she co-founded the Fatherhood Matters Foundation, contributing to the cause of promoting positive fatherhood and parenting.

As an advertising professional with a profound passion for development issues, Soumitra has championed various causes including rights to education (RTE), sanitation, age of marriage, maternal and child health, mid-day meals, Census of India, HIV/AIDS, contraception, diarrhea, menstrual hygiene, tuberculosis awareness, tobacco de-addiction, malaria awareness, immunization, and more. 

Soumitra has co-founded Fatherhood Matters Foundation to further his commitment to these critical domains. He has gathered a group of creative thinkers, development specialists, and professionals to make a meaningful impact on development.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Soumitra is a passionate father, an accomplished author, and a strong advocate for behavior change. His dedication to addressing crucial issues and fostering positive change is reflected in his multifaceted roles as a leader, storyteller, and collaborator.
